Today the Tag der BAUINDUSTRIE is taking place in Germany, digitally. Under the motto «Stadt, Land, Bau - Wir können mehr als Bauen!», highly regarded speakers from politics, business and research exchange views on climate protection, infrastructure, innovation, digitalisation, skilled workers as well as Europe and abroad.
Words of welcome are given by Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel and other internationally known figures from German politics.
At «BAUsmart», start-ups from the construction industry present themselves in their own virtual area. At these virtual trade fair stands, visitors and exhibitors can exchange views live via chat.
Vanillaplan is also taking part in «BAUsmart». We have been a member of the «Bundesverband Digitales Bauwesen» since the beginning of the year and received an invitation to take part through the association.

The German associations BAUINDUSTRIE, BAUsmart and Bundesverband Digitales Bauwesen are jointly organising a challenge for start-ups from PropTech. Start-ups are, among other things, the main drivers of innovation and digitalisation in the construction and real estate industry. To give them a platform for their innovations, the «BAUsmart21» start-up prize is awarded live at the Tag der BAUINDUSTRIE under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of Economics.
