We were the ones who prompted Remi to develop it back then. We really wanted our two magnetic boards digitised.

We needed order in our staff planning and in the structure.

We were there right from the software's launch and experienced everything from the very beginning. The software started at a more basic level, where you could plan site time and staff. Because I was able to grow with it, it was relatively easy for me to keep up.
4. What is the most important thing about Vanillaplan for you?
The software is easy to use and very clear. For us it is an important tool. I want to spend as little time as possible in the tool, and I have achieved that goal with Vanillaplan. I would not want to be without it any more.
5. What has changed in your company as a result of Vanillaplan?
Site allocation and resource planning are much more structured and organised. Staff know a week in advance where they need to go, and we have no idle time.
