We heard about redmin. through an acquaintance. The young firm consists of Tim Buchmeier and Nils Wackernagel and was founded in February 2018. The name redmin. is made up of the terms «reduction» and «administration» and symbolises what makes the company unique: reducing administrative work for its customers. The company is now expanding and looking for reinforcements for its team.
Tim Buchmeier and Nils Wackernagel originally focused on digital club administration. Both have extensive, long-standing expertise in the world of clubs and associations and found that the committees of numerous clubs are pushed to their limits by rising demands.
redmin. relieves all kinds of clubs and takes over work such as collecting membership fees, keeping the accounts and much more, at firmly agreed flat rates. This allows the committee to concentrate again on its primary tasks, such as running and developing the club.
Their customers include well-known clubs - above all football clubs - from the Basel region, other associations and, as their first start-up, Vanillaplan AG. redmin. have since extended their customer group to start-ups and young companies in general. Customers find redmin. mainly through word-of-mouth advertising. They are currently developing a new referral model so that they can increase their reach.
At the end of 2019 we were warmly received by Tim and Nils in their office very close to Vanillaplan AG on Schützenmattstrasse in Basel. They took time to understand our needs and gave us competent advice on the choice of software, the efficient handling of payments and much more. In the process we were able to get to know each other calmly and build trust.
The start-up spirit quickly rubbed off on both sides and it was clear to us that we wanted to work with redmin. We have not regretted our decision for a second and can recommend redmin. to others.

In autumn 2019 we updated the legal form of our company and at the same time decided that administrative and accounting work is not one of our core tasks and that we would be better off placing it in professional hands.
