Multi-user capability in this context means that several users can work in Vanillaplan at the same time. In the video for this tip you can see deployment planning being carried out for two different departments simultaneously. This works best when different filters are used: one user filters only for the Office department, and another for the Workshop department. This way users are only shown sub-projects and resources of the selected departments and cannot get in each other's way. Incidentally: selected filters are saved per user. So if you log out and log in again, you keep the filters you want.
Vanillaplan's multi-user capability is of course not limited to deployment planning. Capacity planning, absences and master data can also be edited by several users. In addition, the multi-user capability of Vanillaplan makes it possible to manage several locations from the same account.
