Here is how to get information about your employees' utilisation in Vanillaplan:
In the one-, five- or seven-day resource view, the left-hand column shows a list of all resources including employees. Next to the picture and beneath the name, various abbreviations are visible together with a number of person-days (PD). Here «assig.» stands for assigned, i.e. scheduled, «abs.» for absent and «avail.» for days still available.
In the multi-week view the employee utilisation is also visible, but in a slightly different place: beneath the dates of the respective week is the calendar week (CW), and here too you will find the abbreviations just mentioned with information on utilisation.
